Five-week Yin Yoga course starts in Hódmezővásárhely every week on Thursday!
During yin practice, the focus is:
In the depth, . On the introspection, On the release of traumas, He's on the watch for breathing and sensations.
The practice is slow and passive. You don't have to look perfect, and you won't listen to anything but yourself.
We're in a position for 3-5-7 minutes, as far as possible, motionless.
You'll get tired in the Yin class, but it's a very different type of fatigue compared to more dynamic hours.
What is important to know about Yin type practice is that Chinese medicine and the teachers of the five elements are built:
Water, Earth, Metal, Wood, Fire.
Each element includes season, color, perception, sensation, organ and Brididan (energy channel). These organs and Brididians are stimulated in Yin-yoga class.
And all we do is watch the breathing, the thoughts that pop up and the feelings that have been inside us for a long time...
Yin Yoga is an excellent tool for solving emotional blocks and previous traumas. Its effect is deeper than a clock with purely physical focus: it is a healing process that works in us beyond practice.
