Join us and let me guide you to the world of Indian myths. Let us bring to life on the yoga carpet the ancient tales of India about gods and kings, where the universe will be created, survive, and then perish, so that it can be born again. • Would you like to know the role of Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva in the existence of the universe? • How did the devas acquire the elixir of immortality? • When and why is Shiva dancing? • Do you know the history of Virabhadrasana? • Do you know why Ganesha has an elephant head, who Garuda was, or why asparagus is Hanumana? • And how are Laksmi and Sri yantra related? If you're interested in the answers, and you want to know what ancient stories are hiding behind the known asanas, then this is where you belong.

What's waiting for you? • You gain insight into Hindu mythology. • 4 yoga exercises related to myths. • Meditations and visualizations closing the hours. • During the hours related mantras. • Joint mantra singing that fills your body and soul. • You can make a malt yourself with your own hands. • You can get to know Sri yantra and I'll teach you how to draw it.

Our Saturday guests will be Jaitra Mantra Music members Anikó Domány (violin) and János Tóth Jisnu (song, guitar) - mantra singers who bring the magic of live music to us and with whom we can sing the known or even less known mantras. Mantras teach us how to live from the heart, how to make decisions that will benefit ourselves and our fellow man. The essence of mantra meditation is to create the miracle together, to sing together, to add a little to the whole together, from outside viewer to active participant, to someone who matters without whom this whole MOST and HERE could not be created.

Come and learn more about the history of ancient India, where yoga comes from.
