With Valentine's Day approaching, we cordially invite you to one of those women's afternoons where the focus is directed not outwards, but inwards. To yourself. Your inner light. To the relationship you have with yourself every day.

This is an event of self-love, friendship with ourselves, and on the conscious dreaming of the year 2026 through creation, smells, conversation and arrival.

During the afternoon you can participate in three different experiences:

1. Vision board . The dream of your 2026 year with Sipos-Gali Timi

In this block, we work specifically with your 2026 year.

We stick, we cut, we color, we create, and we dream in one picture, and then we create the year that we really want.

The vision board isn't just about your personal life. You can put it on:

• your work and your profession,

• your personal life and relationships,

• your feelings,

• your free time,

• is the quality of life you want to live.

This picture will be your 2026 compass. Every time you look at her, she reminds me of:

• where do you want to go?

• what gives you strength,

• and what it's worth to come back to when you're tired or insecure.

The creative process helps you find focus, see more clearly, and connect to what you really want to achieve.

2. Self-Love with Luca Takács Smells and Senses

In this section you can make your own self-love roll-on.

You create a soft, gentle-smelling oily experience that reminds you every time you use it that you deserve care, attention, and love.

Through the scents, there will also be talk of:

• how the essence affects our emotions,

• when which scent supports us in our everyday life,

• how to consciously use them in self-relationship.

3. Horse-experience and Self-Love and Self-Identification in Focus

Nóri Seli-Bognár

This block is based on a self-developed approach to self-knowledge.

As a coach, Nóri supports:

• don't be a victim in your own life,

• you can keep yourself emotionally in more difficult situations,

• make the same decisions,

• you dare say yes to your dreams and your plans,

• and have an intimate, honest relationship with your emotions.

Gently, yet we work with deep questions and practices to:

• how you talk to yourself,

• how much you're friends with yourself,

• what it would mean to be present with love and acceptance in your own life.

The aim is to strengthen self-esteem and confidence, and to experience internal security and identity.

Horse Women's Energies Card Draw:

At the end of the afternoon, all participants draw a Women's Energies card. a personal message that will escort you home and show you what quality you have now.
