Body Soul Feeding Kitchen - Winter
Loading, arrival, preparation for the year
Winter is not about rushing, according to the ayurveda. This period is more about stopping, quieting, recharged. We prefer to love our body: we support digestion, the nervous system with grounding, heating, nourishing food and gently prepare ourselves for the year ahead.
To provide you with more tools to support this process, this cooking workshop will help you.
Here: We get to know the principles of ajurvedic cuisine recommended for January We cook simple yet deeply nutritious dishes together I'll show you how more vegetables can be incorporated into everyday life easily, and In the meantime, it's nice to be here, to ask, to talk, to be together.
The menu:
- Fried vegetable soup with tahini, chili and parsley
- Filled kale with oriental spices
- Lemon-date root vegetables salad
- Scented green hummus
- Candied pumpkin pomegranate with molasses and nuts
I recommend this workshop to you if you want:
- to feed more consciously
- find well digestible, easy to make recipes, new flavors,
- eating more vegetables, but not with resignations
- you are looking for advice on ayurvedic cuisine, lifestyle and practice,
- to study in a good society together.
Thematics:
.13:30 - 14:00 - arrival, meeting, recreation .14:00 - 14:30 - a short introduction to the ayurvedic cuisine, presentation of recipes and selection of teams (who wants to cook, what would you like to help with) .14:30 - 18:00 - cooking, talking, immersion in new flavors .18:00 - 19:00 - Eating prepared food 19:00 - the end of the event, but if you want to stay and talk, you're welcome.

Participation fee: 25,000 HUF/person (with materials, notes, recipes)
