Country Crossing Bodyway workshop series, this time in the city of Szeged!
You read these lines for a reason. Somewhere deep down, you know and feel that real knowledge of yourself has now become important and inevitable for you. Recognize the patterns behind your thoughts, the signs of your body, your inner function.
And where are you on the road to this? Are you familiar with words, thoughts, and mind? And do you know the signs of your body? Do you know your deep feelings? How do you express how you show how you experience them?
I invite you on an inner journey, an opportunity to take a step by step closer to yourself, and thus gently but consciously to the world around you!
Bodyway is a group method of self-knowledge with dance therapy foundations. Although there are words and shares, our goal is to use the signals and movements of our bodies specifically. To communicate the sense of our body, our feelings, how we are with ourselves and with others using the space and strength of the group.
The Bodyway (formerly Bodywork) self-knowledge method has enjoyed a growing popularity in the Budapest self-knowledge and psychological community over the past decade, but this time we can meet in Szeged at this workshop!
Come and experience the method and yourself in it at the same time.

The workshop will be held between 9 and 17 o'clock, with two shorter lunch breaks and a longer lunch break.
Workshop Prize: 15 000 HUF You can ensure your participation in the workshop by transferring an advance of HUF 5,000, and you can pay the remaining amount on the spot. It is only possible to refund the advance if the workshop fails.

About Organizers The event was approved by the Bodyway . Nondual Self-Knowledge Association. The group leaders took part in the three-year methodological training according to the Association's training schedule, at the end of which they obtained a certificate and are currently members of the association.
