3 suitable birth-preparation courses start in the organization of our Health Center!
The prenatal course helps the prospective parents to experience this special period consciously, prepared and confidently. The course is led by our midwife at an external location in the special room of the Kapca x R茅zh谩rs Bistro.
During the occupations: a detailed review of the changes in the last weeks of pregnancy, to learn about the signs of the coming birth, the process and stages of childbirth become transparent, making every moment understandable and transcendental.
Special attention will be given to: active participation, breathing techniques and positions; spiritual preparation, which makes the experience of childbirth even richer.
The course also prepares for the postpartum period: provide insight into changes in the day of the child's bed, provide practical advice on the first days of care for the newborn, it provides support for new parents to be confident and happy to start at this new stage of life.
