February is a time of noisy celebrations, entertainments, costume parades, so we thought we'd dress up this tradition in the new wave robe and throw a big '80s party carnival new wave party! Turn yourself out, be creative, put on a costume you're not ashamed of, or whatever you are. It's important that you don't have to dress up, you can come prying, dancing, laughing, partying "traditionally" too! But anyone who comes into someone else's shoes will be scored, judged and rewarded by an expert jury. There will also be photographs that will serve as an eternal memory for posterity and for everyone!
