Have you ever felt that your friend, classmate, or family member is in a completely different reality despite living in the same country or going to school?
Disinformation and propaganda work strongly shape the way we interpret the world.
At this event: ▪ By example, we show what disinformation is and what propaganda is ▪ We speak in a clear way about how these affect our thinking, ▪ We will also discuss how to talk to those who are receptive to false news.
Meet high school students like you and listen to Szilárd Teczár (the editor-in-chief of Lakmus) and Rebekah Bánszegi (the video journalist of 24.hu).
In addition to increasing knowledge, we give room for exchange of views, debate and dialogue.
The workshop is based on the fact that its organizers and participants work together with their questions, opinions and active participation, and we are waiting for you in this joint creation!
The event will be attended by high school students and university students between 15 and 24 years of age.
