I look forward to my six yoga exercises, if you want a little quietness, attention to yourself, connection with yourself between the burdens of everyday life, and a serious way of self-knowledge.
Yoga has been a part of my life since a sports injury five years ago, and I owe it a great deal both in terms of physical healing and in terms of spiritual and spiritual development. If you are interested merely in physical exercise, you know that the proper hydration and elasticity of the skeletal muscle and the fascia around it are essential for the healthy functioning of our body. Whether you regularly play sports or just occasionally spend time on exercise, the regular provision of muscle and muscle swaddling helps to make it more flexible and prevent joint problems and pain caused by muscle shortening.
If you are attracted to the deeper layers of practice, then you have seen the serious relationship between our state of mind and our breathing and our posture. And how the physical positions of yoga (asanas) and breathing exercises (pranaiamas) affect the quality of our consciousness.
I look forward to waiting for you if your muscles are stiff because of regular intense sports, when sitting work and a lack of exercise make you stiff, or if you simply want physical and mental-spiritual relaxation in a relaxed environment and a community of cheerful people.
Equipment for the watch: comfortable sportswear (socks), 1 towel, 1 bottle water

- 1 time (90 minutes): 4,000 HUF
- 5 season tickets: 16.500 Ft
- 10 season tickets: 31.000 HUF
