Are you interested in the world of sound baths? Do you want to hold sound baths, but don't you know how to start? Or do you want to expand your existing experience with new techniques?
Become a conscious head of sound bath! Experience how to relax, upload and carry sound inside. Join our practice-oriented sound bath guide course!
Learn how to run your own sound bath! By the end of the course you will be able to hold a complex sound bath, you will be able to create a longer program.
No pre-training is required for participation in the course.
The aim of the course is to be able to keep your own sound baths confident. It supports you to be able to build a sound bath on your own, or to accompany a meditation or a yoga class with meditative music.
- The course is exercise oriented: everyone will have the opportunity to design and construct their own sound baths. Individual and group exercises.
- We get to know the instruments that can be used in the sound bath, additional instruments (koshi, ocean drum, rainbot..).
- Developing intuitive skills
- Getting acquainted with the history of sound bowls, gongs, traditional sound therapy tools and other additional instruments
- Learning basic vibration therapy theoretical knowledge
After the course we send a comprehensive reminder note to the participants.
