Each bad feeling is a potential energy towards a more real form of existence, if you give it space to move towards reality. E. Gendlin, 1978

Focusing is a self-knowledge method that helps to place the center of gravity of self-reflection in the body. One of the basic statements of focus is that our feelings go beyond our thoughts, and our lives go beyond our feelings. The "knowledge" of living is present in the body and can be achieved through its special perception. When we learn to focus, we support more often and even intentionally accessing this ability that we already have and orienting us in life.

At this 3.5-hour workshop you can get an impression of the method and approach of focusing. The workshop also serves as a taste for those who seek a means of improving their lives, mental well-being and human relationships.
