A: Pig virgin, sweet potatoes with puree, port wine fruits, toasted potatoes, salt almond foam
B: Chicken breast "steak" with toasted walnut noodles, cranberry sauce
Vega: Pumpkin gnocchi, fried goat cheese with walnut french, ruccola and parmesan
Dessert: Matched tiramisu with candied citrus with white chocolate cream
